Colle delle Carsene | 2220 METER |

Colle delle Carsene is an unpaved Alpine pass at an altitude of approximately 2,220 metres in the Marguareis area of the Ligurian/Maritime Alps, along the historic Alta Via del Sale or Ligurian border ridge road between Italy and France, between Colle della Boaria, Col de Malabergue and Colle dei Signori. It lies between the French Roya Valley and the La Brigue area in a very impressive karst landscape of limestone rocks, sinkholes and bare hollows (‘Conca delle Carsene’).

The LGKS, Ligurian border ridge road, is one of the most legendary off-road routes in the Alps. Motorcycle tours or even 4x4 tours in this region are a must for every true enduro rider.
