The Sella Festons is located about 2 kilometres above Sauris di Sopra. The road is narrow and the surface alternates between asphalt and gravel. Further on, the route leads to various malgas (alpine huts, open to the public) in an easterly direction and, after crossing the Passo Forcella, ends in the village of Miona, west of Ovaro.
