Altes Almhaus | 1649 METER | Gaberl Maria Lankowitz
The ‘Alte Almhaus’ is a saddle in Styria, in the Lavanttaler Alps. It can be reached from Gaberl – a nearby pass, via a Panoramic trail – and from the village of Maria Lankowitz. The route is gravel. From there, off-roaders can also continue on a forest road to the Salzstiegelhaus.
The gravel road is not difficult to drive on and can also be driven on with normal tyres.
Please note: the condition of gravel roads in particular can change depending on the season and weather.
