Although the Col du Galibier is only the fifth highest Alpine pass, it is undoubtedly one of the most spectacular. The climb above the tunnel to the top of the pass is legendary. The views are breathtaking.
Of course, the Col du Galibier is part of the Route des Grandes Alpes.
