Initially leading through dense forest, the single-lane pass offers many curves and bends. Since there is little traffic even in summer, the few passing opportunities are not a problem. However, due to rockfall, there is often debris on the road. Shortly before the pass, the landscape transforms into a beautiful high valley, from which you have a great view of the surrounding peaks.
