Reiterjoch | 1983 METER | Tésero Bozen
The Cavalcavia Pass is a mountain pass in Italy, 1,983 metres (6,506 ft) above sea level, located in the province of Trento, between the Val di Fiemme and the Val di Fassa. It connects the Val di Fiemme with the Val d'Ega, with 2.5 km (1.6 mi) of unpaved road. To the east of the Reiterjoch lies the Dolomite mountain group of the Latemar, while to the west is the 2,492-metre-high Zanggen, which is part of the Fleimstaler Alps. The Passo di Lavazè, which is fully paved, runs parallel to the Reiterjoch just a few kilometres to the west.
