Karerpass | 1752 METER | Vigo di Fassa Welschnofen

The Karerpass is a popular pass situated between the Rosengarten group and the Latemar massif. It connects the Eggental and Fassa valleys and thus South Tyrol with Trentino. Its pass summit lies at 1752 metres. The ascent and descent are well paved and do not present any great challenge. The Karerpass is also called the ‘Gate to the Dolomites’ when you come from Welschnofen.
The Karersee lake is a beautiful additional excursion destination.
