Gaichtpass | 1093 METER | Weißenbach am Lech Tannheimertal

The Gaicht Pass or Gacht Pass is a 1,093-metre-high Alpine pass in the province of Tyrol in Austria. Today's route connects the Lech Valley near Gaicht with the Tannheim Valley near Nesselwängle. The Tannheimer Straße B199 runs over the Gaicht Pass from Weißenbach past Haldensee and via Tannheim to the Oberjoch Pass in Germany; the continuation there to Bad Hindelang is the B 308.

The original route over the Gaicht Pass can still be travelled by bicycle today. It is winding, partly steep and unpaved.
