Triebener Tauern | 1274 METER | Trieben Möderbrugg
The Triebener Tauern is a mountain pass over the Niedere Tauern in Styria. It is located on the divide between the Seckau and Rottenmann Tauern and connects the Murtal near Judenburg with the Paltental near Trieben via the Triebener Straße. The pass summit is located at 1274 metres, within the village of Hohentauern. The old section of road was converted back into a forest road. Large parts of the road were filled in with rock material and bridge structures were removed.
