Pierre-Pertuis-Pass | 827 METER | Tavannes Sonceboz

The name is derived from a natural rock tunnel that connected Aventicum and Augusta Raurica in Roman times and through which the pass road ran until the beginning of the 20th century. Between 1914 and 1918, the Swiss army built a new road that bypassed the tunnel.
