Manghenpass | 2047 METER | Molina Telve
The Manghen Pass is situated in Trentino. The pass summit lies at 2,047 metres and, due to limited space, offers only a small car park and a helipad. On the northern side, two bends further down, there is, however, a restaurant and café – idyllically situated by a small lake.
Both approaches are extremely winding, and in places steep and narrow. The maximum gradient reaches as much as 16 per cent. However, vehicles weighing over 3.5 tonnes are prohibited from using the pass.
The Manghen Pass is the only pass accessible by car between the Fleimstal valley and the Valsugana. The maximum gradient reaches 16 per cent. There is a general ban on lorries and buses.
