Kreuzbergpass | 1636 METER | Sexten Comelico Superiore
The Passo Monte Croce is an Alpine pass located near Sesto, between South Tyrol and Veneto. It has an altitude of 1636 metres and connects the Puster Valley with the Cadore. The Passo Monte Croce also forms the border between the Dolomites in the west and the Carnic Alps in the northeast. The modern road over the Kreuzbergpass was extensively expanded in the 1930s and passes through a typical Dolomite landscape, but is not particularly busy.
