Colle dell’Assietta | 2472 METER | Colle delle Finestre Colle Lauson
You don't have to be a pro or an old hand to enjoy this road. One of the most popular off-road routes in the Western Alps is well maintained and only the ascent to Monte Gevris (15% incline) is a challenge. It offers magnificent views and six passes that can be passed on the route. These are Colle dell'Assietta, Colle Lauson, Colle Blegier, which marks about half, as well as Colle Costa Piana, Colle Bourget and Colle Basset. Please note that the road is closed to motor traffic on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. in July and August.
