Col de Pontis | 1301 METER | Pontis Le Lauzet-Ubaye

The Col de Pontis is a winding and narrow but well-surfaced pass road in France, in the Hautes-Alpes department. The road branches off from the D954 in the north near Les Chappas and ends at the pass summit in the south, where it rejoins the D954. If you continue east along the lake, you will come to the turnoffs for Col d'Allos, Col de la Bonette and on to Col de Larche or Colle della Maddalena.

There are numerous opportunities to look down onto the lake, which is fed by the Durance and Ubaye rivers.
