Col de la Madone de Peille | 925 METER | Peille Colline

The Col de la Madone de Peille is an absolute hidden gem for motorcyclists, situated in the hinterland of Monaco. However, it demands your full concentration. The Col de la Madone de Peille is rugged, narrow – almost single-lane – and winding.
You’ll often search in vain for crash barriers or roadside barriers here. On one side, the bare rock face looms high; on the other, the slope drops steeply away. The road surface is typical of the French Maritime Alps – often rough, patched in places, and in the bends there’s often loose gravel or scree that has fallen from the rock faces.
