Col de Clémencières | 658 METER | Col de Palaquit (Chartreuse) Grenoble

The Col de Clémencières is an unassuming alpine pass that lies in the middle of the village of the same name, Clémencières – at a crossroads. Since there is no signpost with an altitude reading anywhere, the information from the various sources all differs. Our altitude reading can therefore also vary by a few metres.
The Alpine pass is one of numerous low Alpine passes in the Chartreuse massif. This small area between Chambéry and Grenoble is worth every excursion. Great views of the Chartreuse massif and Mont Granier.
