Col de Champex | 1498 METER | Orsières Les Valettes
The road connects the communities of Orsières and Les Valettes in the French-speaking region of the canton of Valais. With 20 hairpin bends, the northern ramp has a clear lead over the eastern ramp, which has just nine. A break south of the pass near the village of Champex, which has a lake and many chalets, is recommended.
