Col de Braus | 1002 METER | Sospel L'Escarene
The Col de Braus is a mountain pass in the French Maritime Alps in the Alpes-Maritimes department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. It connects Sospel with L'Escarene. The pass summit, where the tomb of René Vietto, a cyclist who was popular in the 1930s and 1940s and a multiple winner of the yellow jersey in the Tour de France, is located at 1002 metres above sea level.
