Not an Alpine pass, but a connecting route from the Passo del Mortirolo over the Passo di Guspessa down to Galleno. Part of the road runs along the main ridge – always at an altitude of around 1,800 metres – above the Valtellina Valley – winding, narrow and with very little traffic. It also offers fantastic views down into the valley. The second part of the route is then the exact opposite – it connects the high-altitude road with the southern valley.
