Alpen-Marathon TV reports – 30 minutes of entertainment with tour tips

In der neuesten Ausgabe unserer TV-Reportagen-Serie “Alpen-Marathon” waren wir nicht in den Alpen unterwegs. Wir waren Ende Oktober auf Kreta – bei durchschnittlich 25 Grad.
Wir sind 5 unterschiedliche Motorradtouren im Westen der Insel gefahren, durch etwa 15.000 der unendlich und nicht zu zählenden Kurven. Wir waren in tiefen Schluchten, auf den höchsten Pässen und auf Küstenstraßen unterwegs.
Wie immer haben wir natürlich auch Land und Leute kennenlernen wollen, kretische Küche, Geschichte und die typischen mediterranen Küstendörfer.
Unterwegs waren wir mit einer Gruppe von Harley-Davidson-Fahrern aus dem Großraum München, die ihre Bikes bequem mit einem Shuttle nach Kreta bringen ließen.

Motorcycle tours in the most beautiful regions of the Alps – discovery tours in the heart of Europe! The ‘Alpen-Marathon 7|6|50’ adventure turned into passion, and passion turned into a life’s work. We now produce 30-minute TV reports in which we present the alpine passes of the regions, visit places of interest and meet interesting local people – and every now and then we also try the local cuisine, as in the Slovenia reports or in 2024 in the two parts about the motorcycle pleasure tours in Carinthia.
We have now produced a total of 12 TV reports and will be visiting more regions in the Alps this year... and beyond.
This is how the report on West Pomerania came about, for example. The incentive: in Poland, you can ride off-road a lot and ride one of the highest sand dunes in Europe. We also visited the coolest military vehicle collector in the world there.
